1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and ptgame ("ptgame," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our"), governing access to and use of the ptgame website at ptgame.pro and all associated gaming services, promotional offers, and account features.

By completing the ptgame registration process, clicking "I Agree," accessing your ptgame account, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any documents, policies, and guidelines incorporated by reference herein, such as the ptgame Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms apply to all users of the ptgame platform regardless of the device, browser, or access method used, including mobile browsers, desktop browsers, and any ptgame-branded applications or web applications saved to a device home screen.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use a ptgame account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not acting on behalf of or as an agent for another person in relation to gambling activities;
• You are not a person who has been self-excluded from gambling under any self-exclusion program, including ptgame's own self-exclusion tool;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of ptgame, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You are not using a VPN, proxy, or other technical measure to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• You have not previously had a ptgame account suspended or terminated for cause.

ptgame reserves the right to request government-issued identification and supporting documentation at any time to verify your age and identity. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe specified by ptgame may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending resolution.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active ptgame account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, or different devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ptgame employs device fingerprinting, IP tracking, and identity verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be immediately suspended and associated balances may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Information Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the ptgame registration process. This includes your legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, your date of birth, your Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false information constitutes fraud and may result in permanent account termination and referral to appropriate authorities.

3.3 KYC Verification

ptgame conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as required under PAGCOR's anti-money laundering and player protection guidelines. You may be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued Philippine ID (such as a passport, SSS card, PhilHealth card, driver's license, or UMID card), a selfie holding your ID, and proof of payment method ownership. KYC verification is mandatory before processing any withdrawal request and may be triggered at ptgame's discretion at any time during your account's lifecycle.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ptgame login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your ptgame login details with any other person. ptgame will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify ptgame's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.5 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your ptgame account at any time by contacting our 24/7 support team. ptgame reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where ptgame reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any activity harmful to the integrity of the ptgame platform or other players.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

ptgame accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 across all supported channels. Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your ptgame wallet within 60 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank typically clear within 1–3 business hours. ptgame does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees, for which ptgame bears no responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your ptgame account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction;
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited;
• Funds subject to active wagering requirements from bonuses are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are met;
• ptgame reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal, including for large amounts or unusual activity patterns;
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–24 hours after verification is complete, depending on the payment channel selected.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the ptgame platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where deposits are made via USDT TRC20, conversion to PHP will apply at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. ptgame is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees imposed by third-party providers.

4.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. ptgame reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of ₱50 per month to dormant account balances after 12 months of inactivity. Players will be notified via their registered email address prior to the commencement of any inactivity fee deductions. The account balance will not fall below zero as a result of inactivity fees.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

ptgame offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms set out in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to your ptgame account are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the relevant promotion's terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each promotion; failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ptgame employs monitoring systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine play risk, using automated systems or bots to participate in promotions, and any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose. Any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus and associated winnings forfeited, and their account may be permanently suspended.

5.4 Promotion Modification

ptgame reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion or bonus offer at any time, with or without prior notice, provided that any rights accrued by eligible players prior to such modification shall be honored. ptgame also reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.

6 Gameplay & Betting Rules

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the ptgame platform is governed by its own individual rules, which are accessible within the relevant game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the applicable rules before placing any bet or wager. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms herein and the specific rules of a particular game, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of gameplay matters.

6.2 RNG & Fair Play

All virtual and electronic games on the ptgame platform, including slots, bingo, and virtual table games, operate using independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that all outcomes are genuinely random, fair, and cannot be predicted or manipulated. ptgame's RNG systems are subject to periodic independent testing and certification as required under PAGCOR's regulatory framework.

6.3 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the ptgame platform are subject to acceptance by ptgame's systems. ptgame reserves the right to void, cancel, or refuse any bet at its discretion, including where: a bet is placed after a relevant event has concluded; a technical error has caused incorrect odds or game parameters to be displayed; there is evidence of manipulation or corruption of the relevant event; or minimum and maximum bet limits have not been observed. Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by ptgame's systems constitute a binding contract between the player and ptgame.

6.4 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game or system malfunction, all affected bets and payouts shall be considered void. ptgame will make reasonable efforts to restore affected player balances to their state immediately prior to the malfunction. ptgame shall not be liable for any losses or alleged winnings resulting from system errors, interruptions in connectivity, or technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ptgame platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one ptgame account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the ptgame platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity;
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology designed to disguise your true location;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the ptgame platform in place of genuine human play;
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors in the platform's code for financial gain;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker or baccarat;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ptgame staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the ptgame platform;
• Charging back any deposit made to your ptgame account via your payment provider after using the deposited funds for gambling purposes.

8 Responsible Gaming

ptgame is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. Real-money gambling carries inherent financial risk and can be addictive. ptgame provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered members:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their ptgame account to control their spending;

9 Intellectual Property

All content available on the ptgame platform, including but not limited to software, source code, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, images, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the platform, is the exclusive intellectual property of ptgame or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ptgame platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any ptgame content; create derivative works based on ptgame content; use ptgame's trademarks or branding for any purpose without prior written consent; or scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the platform.

Any unauthorized use of ptgame's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable Philippine and international law.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ptgame, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the ptgame platform, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.

Without limiting the foregoing, ptgame specifically disclaims liability for:

• Losses arising from gambling activity on the platform, including any gambling debts incurred;
• Losses resulting from service interruptions, technical malfunctions, or maintenance periods;
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security;
• Losses arising from your reliance on inaccurate or incomplete information displayed on the platform due to technical error;
• Any indirect or consequential loss or damage of whatever nature arising out of or in connection with the use of the ptgame platform.

In all cases where ptgame is found liable, ptgame's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your ptgame account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data

ptgame collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a ptgame account, you consent to ptgame's collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ptgame implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. 12 Amendments to These Terms

ptgame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ptgame will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email to their registered address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the ptgame platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the ptgame platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the ptgame platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.5. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. Players are encouraged to submit complaints in the first instance to ptgame's support team at [email protected]. ptgame will endeavor to respond to and resolve all player complaints within 14 business days of receipt.

Players who remain dissatisfied following ptgame's internal dispute resolution process may escalate their complaint to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) in accordance with its published dispute resolution procedures.
